Shipping information
Our store ships to customers all over the world!
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 days of receipt of payment and shipped within 5 days unless stocks last. In these cases, the customer is immediately informed of the lack of stock of the item and a solution is presented for what happened: refund of the total value of that same item or exchange for an item of the same value.
The order is confirmed as soon as we receive the payment and our store starts to prepare it (status "in process"). An "In Process" order can be cancelled, but it is not possible to add or remove single items. When the order is "Sent", no further changes can be made.
Customers can also choose to pick up the item at the store. It can be done by yourself or by third parties. In the latter case, we must be contacted in advance to inform us of the name of the person who is coming to pick up and the date, as well as, the person must bring the order confirmation email printed or in digital format (mobile phone or tablet).
After sending all orders (status “Sent”), the tracking code is available. The customer is fully responsible for monitoring the shipment of the order and its reception. In the cases of countries where customs clearance is mandatory, it is the customer who must also pay the customs fees and consequent collection of the order.

Europe: about 3 business days
Rest of the World: around 5 business days
These are indicative delivery times for the main destinations and do not include customs clearance time, if necessary.
The deliveries of orders may, in specific cases, suffer some delay in shipping due to stock outages.
