HOW CAN I REGISTER?

To register, select "Login" in the upper right corner and then "Create an account".

You must fill in at least the required fields.

Once registration is complete, you will receive a Registration Confirmation email within a few minutes (in certain cases the confirmation email may be in the SPAM box).

HOW CAN I MAKE A PURCHASE?

To make a purchase you will need to perform the following steps:

Login - Log in or register as a new user.

Search products - Find the desired products through the categories menu or search through the search box.

Quantities - In the file for each product, define the desired quantities and add the product to your shopping cart in "my cart", always available on the right side of the site.

Order - Once you have added all the products you want to the shopping cart, you can complete your order using “Order”.

Billing data and delivery address - Select the billing data and delivery address already created or, if necessary, you can create additional new addresses.

Shipping Method - Select the shipping method that best suits your situation. Only the options that suit the selected products and shipping country will appear. In this step, you can also write a comment to your purchase if you feel it necessary.

Payment method - Select the payment method you prefer. We offer Multibanco payments (only for Portugal); credit card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, MBWay and bank transfer are accepted.

Confirmation of your order - Last stage of the purchase process where you will be presented with a summary of your order, with all the products and desired quantities. If you want to change the quantity of any product or even remove it, you must return to your shopping cart.

Order completed! You will receive an email with a summary of the order, as well as its status whenever it changes. You can also consult the order (or previous ones) in your customer account, using the order history option.

WHAT ARE THE PAYING WAYS?

Payment types are available:

•          ATM (for Portugal only)
•          Visa, Mastercard or Maestro
•          PayPal
•          MBWay
•          Wire Transfer

DO THE PRICES INCLUDE VAT?

Yes. The prices shown already include VAT.

ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES?

Yes. They depend on the total weight of the order, the country of destination and the type of shipment chosen.

The shipping value is displayed when summarizing the order (before confirmation).

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS PROCESSED CORRECTLY?

After finalizing the order, an order confirmation page added successfully appears.

You can consult it in your customer account ("Login") - Order history.

An order confirmation is also sent to your email.

If you find your order through any of these places, it means that it was processed correctly.

HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Send an email to geral@lojasaojose.pt and make the cancellation request, indicating the order number, name and total amount of the order.

WILL I RECEIVE AN INVOICE AND RECEIPT?

Yes. The order is always accompanied by an invoice.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER AN ORDER?

Except for exceptional and occasional situations, all orders are shipped until the working day following the order.

In the event of a stock outage, the customer is informed immediately and we refund the value of the unavailable item or exchange it for another of equal value.

CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?

Yes. The customer has 14 consecutive days, from the date of receipt of the order, to terminate the contract and return the item.

Returned items must be in perfect condition, within the original closed packaging, with the complete number of units, as well as a copy of the Cash Sale.

The refund of amounts paid will be made upon receipt of the items at our facilities and verification of their status.

Returns originating for reasons attributable to Store S. José are not subject to a minimum return limit and will be fully credited, with shipping costs and handling fees being our responsibility.
